Ah yes, Robot Chicken. One of those shows that I was not really allowed to watch as a kid, but still did behind my parent's backs. This show was too funny not to watch. I also loved the clay art style the show was going for anyways.

I can see that you decided to use the same art style to make this. I believe you have done the mascot and the series justice. :D

robot chicken, ATHF and family guy were my main shows as a kid i was watching that i wasn't supposed to and i love them all so much T__T and same! the art style and stop motion always stuck w me which is why i also became a big fan of moral orel as well!! and thank you so much for noticing! :D i appreciate that

The overall art style in this piece is really interesting. Love the different design take on NiGHTS as well. Loving the crosshatching shading too. Great job!

Your fiance/husband(?) has such a cool character! I absolutely love the design of this character! His pose is also pretty radical. Also love how he sticks out against the monotone royal blue background, and the shading on this is spectacular! Great work!

The yellows and the greens used on the crescent moon and on the water reflection is a nice touch against the various hues of blues and even pinks and purples.

The pose, the shading, and the background is absolutely stunning here!

I love how you softly shaded this piece! It looks pretty 3D, and I also love NiGHTS pose.

Goodness, the color palette here is really appealing. Between the subdued white, the dark grays, the especially minty bright cyan, and the hot pinks, the cyans and the whites specficially help make the character stand out against the reds.

That character sure does look spooky, but I love spooky things anyways.

Interesting perspective too.

I have always been a huge fan of character designs that lean towards simplicity, but yet can be very effective. Even better if the character has a very limited color palette - quite the challenge to only choose a few colors and make it work in a design. The yellows, dark grays, and the bluish white grays really work well here.

I also love those shoes and the outfit, lol.

Never thought I would see gold and emerald green look so good together. The really bright shades of red in the background really pull this character towards the viewer. Makes the character stand out pretty well. :)

Chobiluck responds:

Oh I am glad! I really thought hard how to pull off the background, but glad it turned out better I have imagined xD

I really love the perspective and the orange-blue color motif on this. I even love the frost effect on the spear(?)!

Hello! I have lurked on Newgrounds off and on for years. I didn't decide to join until recently, and I think that was for the best. I joined because I actually like this site more than ever now. :)
